How much water is in a load?

We can deliver either 13,000 or 10,000 litres of potable water per load. If you require multiple loads please speak with one of our friendly team.
How many litres of water will my water tank hold?

This depends on the size of your tank and how much water you currently have in it. The standard-size tanks we fill are:

3,000 gallon = 13,500 litres
4,000 gallon = 18,000 litres
5,000 gallon = 22,500 litres
Do I need to be on-site at the time of delivery?

We understand that everyone has busy lives these days. That’s why we can deliver to your property without you there. If you are not on-site, please ensure that clear and specific delivery instructions have been provided for the driver and payment has been made.
How much notice do I have to give before delivery?

Usual delivery can be made within 24 hours. However, the industry annually has a peak season toward the end of winter and into spring, which can delay delivery times for up to 3 weeks. At this time of the year, it is highly advised that you regularly monitor your water levels and book deliveries well in advance.
